That's true but at least those injuries would be risked on downs that actually count.

What's going to be the Grier media defense if he gets same opportunity as PJ did last week and blows it? "Had to play a first team D, PJ got the 2nd/3rd string?"

That's a good point.  He needs some reps but not if the Oline can't protect him.

That artificial turf, for better or worse, they need to get used to it now, not opening day 

used to be that grass gave us an advantage in bad weather but hey you know, gotta be able to play soccer and see bands there
