he is a great on screen personality. maybe better so than he is on the sideline.

kind of reminds me of another sports personality that would be better as an announcer. michael waltrip would make a much better on air personality than he has had as a mediocre driver in nascar. i have never forgotten the winston rain delay from years ago. if you didn't see it, then nevermind. its something that can't be explained, you had to see it to understand and believe just how funny he was. some of the funniest "live" moments ever in sports broadcasting.

But yeah, glad he is going to stay at his current job now. He's better at that than being a head coach right now IMHO.
