I used to be 5'9, but three years of high school football compacted me.

1. CMC locked in early

That last one is a massive stretch. Rhule said that he wants Sam to be a first one in the building and last one out type of guy because that's what the greats do, and that he was very mentally prepared today.

He didn't say it in a negative way at all. He said that's what he wants Sam to be, and that is what he was today.
