It has to be in the culture.  Around here its been a country club, pinkies out, mentality and it took years but it bled onto the field.

This offense can be something. I tell ya what.

He's basically the exact opposite of the typical college TE these days. Most are basically jumbo slot receivers who are going to have to learn to block and play inline. This guy is ready to go as a blocker and needs to improve his receiving skills. Between him and Arnold we should have a good balanced combo.

Man, if all the work TT is putting in on his hands, works. He is going to be a handful. It would make us an even scarier Offense. And that is one scary thought for opposing DCs.

I've seen some compare him to George Kittle coming out of college. Yeah, that'll work for me.

I think that comparison is for future reference. If he can turn into a pass catching, blocking machine? Yeah, that's the ticket. He has the blocking down. And he is working on the receiving part. Something tells me, this kid isn't used to failing.
