Jake was above average until he blew out his elbow.  While Tommy John surgery allowed him to continue to play football, his arm was NEVER the same.

I’m familiar with the guy.  At the end none of us were “fans” of Jake.  It got bad.  
What never changes is how good he was for us for that short period.
