Getting a second for his age, decreased production and contract is though very good for ATL. Given TEN talent that second is more like a high 3rd

 

TEN basically is all in to try and get something done in the next 1-2 seasons

Rapoport said the Falcons needed this trade to go through just to be able to sign their draft picks.

So now Horn/Chinn can work on Pitts, making the Falcons much more stoppable from a defensive point of view. A 2nd round isn’t good value either. It’s probably going to be late 50s/early 60s for arguably the best WR in the league.

I remember you saying everyone in the league wanted him desperately despite injuries and cap hit. Looks like he went for a 2nd round pick. Basically what we gave up to get Darnold... except the Titans in theory will be a very late 2nd rounder.
