I'm curious as to what Jacksonville does with Minshew.  I wouldn't mind taking a shot at him also as depth.  Granted I've only seen his highlights, what few there have been.

They'll keep him at least for one more year. I think he has one year left on his rookie contract...can't remember. He's cheap and a really good backup. No reason for them to unload him unless we offer a higher pick than I think we should.

Okay, after googling, Minshew has 2 years left on his rookie contract. He's going nowhere unless he makes a stink.

I don't believe this staff is into the QB competition model. 

Until we have a solidified QB1 for the future I wouldn't expect us to have a high quality back up on the roster.

These aren't the stats you want to use considering our QB room as a whole.

Yes, they are the stats I wanted to use.  They perfectly demonstrate how absurd the PJ argument is.  I'm sorry If numbers are difficult for you.

Well, the stats case for Darnold is about as bad as you could make for a starting QB.

In truth, we only have one NFL caliber QB on the roster in Darnold and he is likely a #2 QB at best(decent chance he is a #3 QB).

Oh well, maybe it will be less frustrating to watch than Teddy for a year.

Brett Hundley might be a good option. He isn’t great, but he has experience and is a capable backup.

Well I got sucked in to the same poo again. I'm going to try harder not to be pulled in to ruining of every thread with these dumb tangents.
