Oh,don't get me wrong. His arm is trash. It just wasn't AS trash as I expected. I don't think his arm is any physically worse than a Jared Goff or Kirk Cousins but mentally he plays scared with his target choices.

He unwilling to push the ball because he knows that he does not have the arm strength to do it successfully.  Simple as.
