I entered a $1 lineup on DraftKings for the PGA Championship this weekend.  Ended up winning $1.50.  I’ve gotta keep riding this hot streak and take those 50-1 odds

• Chiefs 5/1
• Packers 10/1
• Bills 11/1
• Bucs 7/1
• Seattle 20/1  (dropped from 12/1 in January)

Bottom of the list is

• Jets 125/1
• Bengals 125/1
• Lions 125/1
• Texans 125/1

If you're looking for a traditional sports book, the closest one is probably Harrah's Cherokee or Harrah's Valley River.

Either are a bit of a drive from Charlotte, South Carolina, or North Georgia - but on a nice day you can make an adventure out of it.

Keep in mind, guys, that these ( and any betting odds) are always fluid.  The books set the prices at a point they hope will attract equal action from both sides, thereby making them a profit no matter which side wins.  But when enough money comes in on one side or another, they change their lines, with the expectation that support will even out.

The odds you quoted a week ago are no longer valid, thanks to the recent betting action they've booked.  Panthers are now 66-1 (Super Bowl), 25-1 (NFC), and 6-1 (NFCS).

I got down on the NFCS at 10-1 back on 5/3, when I first saw the opening prices.  I'm sure they'll change many times again before the season starts.

Another thing to keep in mind -- if you bet with a casino, you've obviously got to buy your ticket with cash, and in these cases, that money's tied up til the season ends.  Well duh, you might say, who didn't know that?  But if you have an account with a private book, you're extended a line of credit, and don't put anything up front, only paying when the outcome is decided.  Settlement is usually the Monday after the previous week' action is over.
