If that happens the Panthers will not host a wild card weekend game.

Panthers and Falcons are locked into the #2 or #5 seed. The other division winners will (Chi or Min, and AZ) be behind the Panthers or Falcons based on records or tiebreakers.

So the #5 seed will be on the road at the #4 seed (locked in as AZ). If they win that game, the #5 seed will be on the road at #1, or at #2 depending on the 3/6 game. If #3 wins, they play at #2. If #6 wins they play at #1.

The only way a #5 seed can host a playoff game is in the NFC Championship Game. But only if #6 beats #3 and #1, and #5 beats #4 and #2.
