Aaron Rodgers is not going anywhere. This whole charade was likely orchestrated by Rodgers agent to try to squeeze every penny he could out of the Packers.

Rodgers will be a Packer for at least a couple more years.

I don't really think he's going anywhere either, but I suppose it's possible.

The interesting question for me, given that the Packers have made a "significant extension offer", is whether it's about the money.

It doesn't seem to be about the money, but you know the old saying.
