Per Matt Miller, the Carolina Panthers are the most improved team exiting the draft...

I'm really hoping Christensen is a day one starter. LT was a gigantic need and Fiterer / Rule took their sweet time before trying to address it.

If he can't beat out Elflien or Erving then that is a big problem given all the LT prospects we could've gotten R1-R3

It's not necessarily a big problem.  It could be that Eiflien and/or Erving are better then what you take them for.  I mean it's possible that the Huddle is wrong about them right?

So let's say Christensen doesn't beat them out because those two are playing well in camp....is that a big problem...no.

Guy I used to work with would tell girls he met in a bar that he was the Panthers backup punter.

2 girls in NY approached my friend and me and asked me (based on my jacket) what I position I played on the football team. I replied, "Tight End." The other girl asked my buddy, who did not play football, what position he played.  He said, "Oh, I am am one of the loose ends."

No silly. The Huddle has already scouted all players coming into the draft and interviewed and assessed each FA this past season. The Huddle has this stuff figured out long before the coaching staff did

The fug out of here with that poo . I'm just saying I don't have much faith in oft injured free agent olineman (who have a history of poor performance on previous teams they were on) we've been bringing in for quite a while now . If they actually stay healthy and play lights out of course that's a good thing.

When my fiancee was in college, a guy who claimed to play for the Los Angeles Kings hit on her. She called bullshit because she knew all the players on the team, and he was not one of them.

In 2021, 13 years later, Thomas Fletcher ran a 4.92 at his pro day. He is now 22 years old.  By the way, he benched 225 13 times, which is pretty impressive for a LS.

Let me start off by saying I have absolutely no problem with the pick since we had the capital to be able to spend a pick on a LS. A good LS is important.

But there ain’t a damn thing impressive about repping 225 13 times while weighing 236

In what world is LS considered a starter?  Do we count ST gunners as starters too?

The same world where a #4 wr and a TE/h back hybrid are starters apparently 🤷‍♂️

    • if Jaycee gets hurt we are screwed.  I know the board thinks we are another year away, but I think we're closer, and I'd love to get a FA corner.    Constantly losing destroys a teams confidence and desire.  Winning helps build the team...the lockerroom gets confidence, and energy breeds off that.  I think the team will develop more as a unit when we win more.  And that will move us forward exponentially.   The Saints comment after we beat them the second time last year...."that's not the same team we played earlier in the season" is true.  The players bought into Canales, even those who went through the Rhule bullshit.  We just missed out on beating the defending Super Bowl champs last year.  Our WR and RB rooms are stacked.  Our big problem was the DL and we certainly addressed that this year.    Go ahead and build on defensive depth, get another CB.  Let's go for a winning record this year, it will help build our culture.  Finally a new culture.  It's been missing since Riverboat.
    • Yeah we would just hate a guy who put up 3900 yards 28 tds just a year off an Achilles injury. I'll just point out that Rodgers yards and TDs last year exceeded Joe Flaccos CAREER BEST season in his prime.
