I had him as a possible second round pick. Especially if we traded down. Getting him early 3rd is great value. He’s a technician. If we come away with Deone Brown at the end of the 3rd or later id be very happy. Also Sadarius Hutchinson in the 6th also.

Charles Davis just said that Christiansen will immediately compete with Greg Little for the LT spot. I forgot GL was on the team. Bruh... Our oline is a Ghost House. Praise be to Moton.

No its not. And he'll most likely be competing with Irving. Little may not even make the team. The talking heads don't have a clue.

At 6-foot-6, 302 pounds, Christensen clocked a sizzling 4.89 in the 40-yard dash, equaling that of Wirfs’ in 2020. He had a 34-inch vertical jump (Wirfs had 36.5), benched the 225 weight 30 times, ran the shuttle in 4.46 seconds and posted a time of 7.33 seconds in the three-cone drill.

His arms are less than 33 inches long so he'll obviously be cut before the evening is over

Wow announce our pick and don’t even talk about him go straight to commercial. Espn really hates us.

ABC went to commercial before announcing and then just said a blurb after the commercial.

ABC and ESPN are not synchronized.

Please don't spoil picks brothers and sisters. I don't have cable.

3rd one just went your NCstate guy McNeil and was named as a DT...

Of course he was, he's a NT.  There are others I'm worried about the labeling, but NcNeill wasn't one of them.  Williams, on the other hand, they may say DL.  He should be the next one off.  But yeah, sort of concerned with how they are going to call him.

    • Yeah and he succeeded at an even higher level in LA with an even better surrounding cast. Goff is a guy that isn't really able to dramatically elevate players around him but he can make a good situation even better. He is capable of that. Some QB's aren't. I am not sure Dak is able to do that and he is in a similar "class" as Goff, IMO.
    • i think i could handle that for a year. beyond that....i don't know.  back where we lived, when we had a few inches of snow, it might have been a couple feet because we weren't getting out and doing anything. i remember times where power would go out for days on end. we had propane and electric heat, depending on the floor. basement (had a couple bedrooms and a living room and kitchen down there) and main floor had gas logs. main floor gas logs was enough to take care of the upstairs, so we could stay warm and cook on the grill when we needed. we had a well so that was always an issue when the power went out. had to make sure tubs were filled with water for the toilets and we had gallons of water for drinking and cooking available. always had to make sure we were ready. that wasn't always the case. we had a couple moments where we were going through propane quickly and because we were dealing with the worst propane company in the world (amerigas) they wouldn't get out to put gas in our 900 gallon tank. made for some nerve racking moments.  i know y'all were probably a lot more able to handle that kind of thing, but after the little bit (comparatively) that we got here i just have no desire to get trapped again. maybe for a day or two a year get snowed in and i'm good.
    • I think he is just drawing a DC to them line and that's about as far as his thought process went. It makes almost no sense outside of that. Also, it doesn't make sense for Pittsburgh or Seattle at this juncture either.  I think our "veteran" pool is basically gonna be the Dalton/Flacco tier or the "pick your poison" options of young busts(Jones/Z. Wilson) or wild, TO prone gunslingers(Darnold/Winston/etc). We have the option to pursue I genuinely believe(depending on the way the rest of this season goes), we either draft a QB in the top 10 or resign Dalton. Outlier third option on taking one of the wild gunslingers that Dave feels like he can work with.
