JC Horn best grade since Ramsey??

While I wanted Sewell, I have always liked Brett Kollmann and his takes. He loves Horn and gives him the best grade since Jalen Ramsey.  Lets hope he is right

To me the corner position has evolved and the prospects are bettter and "longer."  But for some weird reason the value placed on these guys suddenly took a dive.  Guys like Morris Claiborne and Justin Gilbert were overdrafted because teams fell in love with the idea that they could be a guy like Horn or even Surtain II.  Ramsey came along and was actually the guy they envisioned, not just a dream of it.  Horn and Surtain have come along and presented a similar package, but in an odd year where QBs and WRs sucked the oxygen out of the room...these guys have been overlooked by fans.

And to bring the point home, not too many years ago these guys would have been big talking points and most fanbases would have had visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads. LOL
