The “Deep OT class” may not be as deep at LT in scouts eyes

oh man, if this is true, it is....unsettling.

Excellent chance we'd get Slater, but we seem to want to trade back 5 or 6 spots and get a CB.

Which would be great, and we should be able to get an extra second and find excellent value, probably 3 starters in the first two rounds.

But we still won't have a LT.  For the 7th year in a row.

We floated every possible scenario in that press conference - I wouldn't read too much into it.

This increases Slater's value--hard to imagine more drama than this draft....I have to pee.

I know right.  I feel like last year's draft was pretty predictable.  It was pretty much pre-ordained that we were going to take Brown or Simmons.  This year, who the hell knows.  We might end up with a QB!

    • I think it will be hard to not go edge in the second if we go QB first. Say you have Starks, one of Bond/Egbuka, and maybe one Edge (don't have a name to throw out that is end of 1st round projected and may slide)... do you still go Starks? Just curious. I haven't looked into starks much, as I've been focused on QB, WR, and DL prospects.
