Who do you have.I see us taking one or even two in the draft.I see us looking at a bigger guy because we already have smith and jackson.both speed guys.

Are seriously considering a guy that was cut by the Bucs and isn't even on our active roster as a reason not to look for another speed guy? If Dez Bryant comes out and falls due to the injury then I would love him. If not Jacoby Ford should be around at the end of 2nd or early 3rd. He is a speed Demon faster even then CJ Spiller and he brings much needed playmaking skill at KR.

Yeah.. jackson was cut but he has skills.Time on the PS will help him and his game. The panthers have a speed/slot guy thats S.Smith..We will need a tall/Possession guy..

We have a tall possession guy, Jarrett. Hes proved far more then Jackson. I think we need another speed guy to play the slot. I wish we would have gotten Jonny Knox last draft the guy is fast as hell and has some good hands and the Bears got him in the 5th. I like Ford as a sleeper in this draft.

Dez Bryant is injured? I thought he was suspended.

In this order:

Erik Decker, Minnesota--injured, but always gets open

Demaryius Thomas, Georgia Tech--you know he can block, and is 6'3 220

Danario Alexander, Missouri

Mike Williams, Syracuse--might have a few red flags, tho

love decker, question thomas (as a 1st round pick at this point). the offense at gt scares me, is his production due to the 1-1s he gets and he fact that every time that gt passes its pretty much a surprise. damn u paul johnson.

others i like

riley cooper. yes a wr out of UF, looked nfl caliber, good blocker too.

dexter mccluster likely a late pick that just makes plays at 5'-9". good return man, good hands, he is their playmaker on offense (more than sneed this year). if he was 6'-0, he would be 2nd rounder or better. will get killed in the draft process due to his size.

Didn't he quit on his team? I would understand if he quit to improve grades or something like that, but he did it because he was facing another suspension.

Someone will draft him because he's talented, but I doubt it would be the Panthers.

If Golden Tate (that is his real name), ND, comes out and somehow falls to us, we would be idiots to not get him. He reminds me so much of Steve Smith. He has 74 receptions (about 7.4 catches per game), 1,172 yards (117.2 per game) and 11 receiving TD's (1.1 per game). He shows the ability to get good separation against even the best defenses, his stats against the Trojans: 8 catches, 117 yards, 2 TD's. Like Smith he can make those circus catches that we all love. He has very good hands and is very good at YAC. He is a converted RB and is very tough to bring down especially by CB's.

He was actually a RB in high school, and had never played WR until he got to ND. As a freshman he had 6 catches all year because the only route he knew how to run was a Go Route. Now he has progressed to the point that he can get open on almost any thing he runs. He also brings the added dimension of in the Wildcat. As an ex-RB, he understands how to run the ball through an offensive line and use blockers, and he has the fearlessness and power of a RB.

In other words extremely great value in the 2nd if he was to somehow fall.

He is IDK why I said injury. That suspension I would think would make him drop. I would rather have Ford I just really like the guy he is such a threat to score every time he gets the ball.

I dont think Dez..stock has fallen.Just because he could use this time to work with former NFL WR.help him on his game.and to get better.teams already know what he can do.but even if his stock fell. i think he is out of our reach..

Your probably right I am terrible at projecting when players will get drafted. I thought both Gilbert and M. Johnson would go late 1st or early 2nd.

i would be shocked to see dez fall to round 2. same with tate. tate is like harvin and ginn jr. electric playmaker, but he has also had great production in a pro scheme. even if he was still there at 28-30 in hte 1st round i cant see the panthers moving up for a wr. dt or de, or even lb depending on davis, yeah, wr, nope. i wish we would for a qb if bradford pulls a rogers or quin and slips way down as the draft unfolds, but hurney and fox seem against it. maybe a new FO and coach would idk.

williams out of syracuse is a total wild card. i have not heard why he quit yet either. if its for family reasons i think he could still request an extra year of eligability (based on info from when he quit). if he quit as syracuse sucks, is that who you want to draft?
