Mond is no better than Grier (likely worse). I watched the guy for four years. At best a discount Jamies Winston. He'll have big games and then disappear for 3.

There's no point in wasting a pick on a qb if he's not the one. We're just gonna have to face it, this is gonna be an actual rebuild unless all of the Watson suits magically vanish between now and the draft.

what about Davis mills in the third?  Just saying.  Developmental guy.  Or is it a throwaway pick.  Maybe we need to build the team a bit before throwing a rookie savior to the wolves.

This is exactly what I don’t understand about the state of this place right now. Getting a QB is only PART of the rebuild. It isn’t the entire rebuild. Why is everyone so hung up on having to get a QB right this second? We still need help in the secondary, at LB, we still need to get a legit LT for the first time since Gross and solidify the line. We need another TE, we need another DT. We can’t fill all of the holes in one offseason. So if we can’t get our QB now then draft a stud LT, add some line depth, a #2 CB. Plug some of these other holes and get the QB next year.

Nobody knows what is going to happen. Lawrence is definitely going #1. After that, it’s honestly totally up in the air. The 49ers trading up definitely shows their interest in some QB. But which one?

Whichever one is there at #3. That move just screams that there's three QBs they're happy to draft at #3 overall.
