Will be available tomorrow via either trade or as a FA.  Seahawks starter at DT for several seasons.  Still just 28...Fitt connection of course.  Would plug a major hole for us.

No way we look at him.  He hasn’t been injured enough.

 

But seriously, I’d love to get him if we could manage a reasonable deal.  He had 10.5 sacks in 2018 but that year seems to be an outlier (only 1.5 both in 2019 and 2020).  We need good depth there to help the edge rushers and he’s shown that he can at least produce.  Maybe he needs a change of scenery.

6.5 sacks last year for a dt? Looks pretty good to me. I just think we signed Morgan Fox for spot beside Brown.

He's leaving Seattle because they won't give him a long-term deal. I don't think we will either. We may offer a 2 year contract, but his play has been spotty at best. Don't think he graded too high with PFF, for whatever that's worth.

It really comes down to the money. This isn't a good market for players looking for big pay days. And we don't have a whole lot of spendable cash left.

Idk man it says we are like 3rd or 4th in money left. It says we still have 26 mil left, so I don’t see why we can’t.

Lining him up beside Brown would be a huge upgrade over Kerr or Obama.  We have the cap space to land him - need to make this happen
