Micheal Bennett had his charges dismissed.

I mean didn’t Peterson always admit to using a switch on his kid from the jump? He took a plea deal.

Never understood this perspective. With that view, I guess all Lance and Fields (and any other non-drafted, non-Panthers player) threads belong in the draft forum. They're no more Panthers than any other player currently not under contract, and everything needs to perfectly fall their way for either of them to have a chance to be on the team--just like any trade. 

This is connected to the biggest trade pursuit in Panthers history. Speculation and interest here is just as relevant as Fields' 40 time.

Lol depends what what you mean

some people here think innocent until guilty is some sort of mindset to walk around with - it’s not

you don’t let your kid get near a neighbor with child sex charges that are pending

you don’t let serious domestic violent cases out of jail without an ankle bracelet just because they’re not ruled guilty yet

people with violent crimes are denied bond, yet aren’t guilty yet,

bonds wouldn’t even exist

hell...why is anyone in jail that hasn’t been ruled on yet?

...could you imagine a world where all this was true? It wouldn’t work.

court proceedings take years sometimes

Innocent until guilt simply refers to court proceedings and the right to a fair trial, it does not allow you the benefit of a dangerous situation of people not using their brains - that would be asinine

Some people are truly innocent and they’re the casualties of the system - but there is not a casualty free system

O.J. Has gone through the processes and was found innocent. O.J. Is also a murder.

      We could easily pick apart yesterday’s game: dropped passes, blown coverages, bad tackling and red zone issues to name a few. But it was clear that this wasn’t the same team from earlier in the season. They fought back and hung with the champs until the end. That’s what I was excited to see and it gives me hope that we’re on the right track.

      I think BY played well today and exceeded expectations. I will temper future expectations as he has to string together many games of consistent quality. One game doesn’t convince me that he is a franchise QB or even a guy you want to stick with for another season. One game doesn’t erase all the negative play and limitations from the past couple of years. I hope he balls out and continues to get better but for me the verdict is still out   That said, I think he gave the team and fans hope yesterday which is a lot more than what we had when we woke up Sunday morning.

      He was vastly improved today and we need to see more of Bryce the rest of the season to continue evaluate him in order to decide what the heck to do with him at the end of the season. He must play at least like this and improve more from here the rest of the season in order for me to keep him. No more 123 yard passing games and want to see at least this output weekly from him. If this is Bruce improving slowly over time then Canales is even better with developing QB's than I thought he was but still too early to tell and we need to see him the rest of the way as he has at very least earned back the starting gig moving forward.
