What difference does it make?

I've already explained it..  It's not a regular pathway for cases like this.

1st the fact that this isn't a criminal case now when some of these accusations are definitely criminal action of assault....

2nd some of these cases deal with out of state victims.. Why not make the defending lawyer fight different attorneys in different states.. If justice is the wanted outcome...

3rd there are alot of ambulance Lawyers looking for a big score .. This is a big score and a big chance to make your name public as a attorney.. Why not as a attorney are you not trying to talk to one of these women and easily convince them that they will concentrate on getting them justice and ( the most money) instead of sharing and splitting the money??

Nothing is black and white and without context your just a robot or sheep...

What is the "regular pathway" for when 24+ women legally/formally accuse a superstar NFL QB of sexual infidelities?

As for "ambulance lawyers looking for a big score"...if you don't already know who Anthony T. Buzbee, Esq. is...then, you're uninformed pal.  He's already secured $2,000,000,000 (billion, with a B) of awards for clients and is estimated to be worth $700,000,000+ personally...this ain't about a "score" -- Watson is a pauper compared to most of the opposition Buzbee sues.

You appear to be the robot/sheep here....

As for "ambulance lawyers ooking for a big score"...if you don't already know who Anthony T. Normally on a civil suit for a company or entity being accused by multiple plaintiffs..  Some of the plaintiffs use different law firms and different lawyers..

Women suing Trump or Weissman of sexual assault  aren't using the same lawyers.. Why??

Are you saying Tony is the only high profile attorney in Houston really??

And again how does he decide the breakdown of money to the 14 victims??

Do women who feel liked they were  raped get the same as women who just touched his dick??

How do you determine grief level and compensation between 14 or now 15 victims of 1 accused person??

If this is normal how does this work..

You act like you know what normally happens so how does 1 lawyer figure all this out for 14 plaintiffs?? And I've already giving examples of 2 men with multiple accusers using different law firms in civil cases.. Where's your examples of it going like this..

No police involvement..

Going to civil case before a criminal case..

A lawyer putting out a mesothelioma add looking for victims of Deshaun Watson...

Answer 1 fuging question smart guy??

Don't worry I'll wait...

Sure...

Virtually all of the plaintiffs are from Houston (1 flown in from ATL).  Again, most all are trained/licensed massage-therapists upon whom deep background checks have been completed.

As big as Houston is the trained/licensed massage-therapist community is small -- and they talk.

Watson gradually worked his way through a meaningful portion of that community...

...at some point 2 or 3 of the women were comparing notes and were similarly mortified at their amazingly similar experiences....

...and collectively they hired representation (Buzbee).

Between the masage-therapists and Buzbee word hit the street and simpatico therapists naturally coalesced with their brethren...

...it's quite simple really.

That answer none of my questions.. And all you did was come up with a story on what you think could have happened.... At no point has this answered why use the same lawyer, how he delegates compensation or why not all go to the police and try a criminal case before a civil suit.. Maybe a few examples of high profile bad men with multiple accusers cases going this way??

But if you want to believe the massage community of a city with 2.3 million residents is that close and coordinated have at it...

Sure it did...

...that you're unwilling to acknowledge that the gathering of cases within a close-knit legal situation is SOP is on you, you're naive...

Question:  Do you believe it's possible the plaintiffs are telling the truth?

Yes or no?

PS...compensation will be awarded/distributed on a case-by-case basis -- it's not up to Buzbee's discretion.

Where is your example of this happening before..

Weissman did most of his damage in Hollywood CA with girls in similar profession and circumstances.. They are using different lawyers and firms to sue him.. Why is this case different??

Yes.. in some cases no in others...

PS.. How does that work and who decides that if the lawyer is usually  the one asking for each and every client what they are looking for in damages?..
