Indeed it does, you still can place it on him cause it allows some control. I think panthers can match a offer in a given time period.

Welp if panthers lose Obada for cheap, Fritterere would be back below .500 in FA. I know you can not use the sap space once the tender is placed. But a frozen 2.1 million for him is still peanuts.

So Odaba is pretty much gone lol. The defense just got better. Honestly I think Fitt is filling up Plan B-E first in case they don't get Watson or in case they do.
