I would guess with the salary he's getting he will be a rotational piece.  Unless he can beat out the other tackles for a starting spot.  Granted his competition makes that a probability.

The salary is not consistent with the plan to make him a starting LT/RT

These two are no better than Reed and Miller who we signed for a fraction of the cost.
