I’m thinking it’s a long term depth piece. We probably don’t want to have another year where a season ends and we have like 1 offensive lineman on our roster.

Doesnt seem like a bad signing at all. Leaves a lot of room to upgrade if needed since it’s not a massive contract. I’ll take it.

He was the best center in his draft class, and excelled there his first two years with the Vikings. The probably should have traded him when they got Bradbury, instead of moving him to guard. It'll be nice to have a competent backup at Center.
