Too many teams need a QB and we’re right on the borderline of being out of reach. We’re going to have to get very lucky to come out of this with a quality player under center.

I'd imagine teams are waiting for the first shoe to drop, domino to fall, etc.,  for us, Bridgewater is clearly available, but we can't move him until we know whether we need him or not to acquire the guy we want.

Personal speculation: Somebody will get impatient.
