Explain SC High School seedings Scrum

Im not a big fan of the Big 16 and not a fan of Div 1 and 2 for 4A.

How is Rock Hill # 52 in the US yet get the 4th seed in SC playoffs?

I stopped paying attention this year when NW showed they are the HS version of the Panthers.

And when they split up Region 2 4A.

Breaking up that region was sacreligious. Might have been the strongest conference in all of high school.

And while we are on the subject, WTF is up with the NC playoff system nowdays. When I played, there were 4 classes, 4A - 1A. Now they have this 4AA-1AA = 8 classes and every damn school seems to get in. There are several 4-6 and one 3-7 team in this year. That is some pansy ass sh*t.
