I have a new era hat that's all blue and I swear I can't tell the difference between my hat color and the blue in any of the Nike jerseys I have... Or pro line jerseys for that matter. Maybe it's my eyes, or maybe it's just some new era stuff? I can see the difference in your picture for sure though.

Look at the difference between the New Era hats and the Majestic T-shirt. Our colors are closer to the shirt by far.

Please tweet at New Era and join me in my Panthers-gear boycott! We need to trend a hashtag and really get their attention! Come on, Carolina Huddle! Time to flex some muscle! New Era is effectively throwing shade--an ugly teal--on the entire fanbase.

Yeah, Panther blue always has problems. The official color is Pantone Process Blue yet that's not even the blue used on our uniforms. It's the teal version used on those and a lot of other fan gear (Nike, New Era, etc). You can go to the Panthers section of a store and you'll see both blues being used depending on the manufacturer. poo's annoying.

Hell, I remember back when the team was first announced in the early 90's and merch started coming out, there was official gear with a much darker blue that was nowhere close.

Both of these are New Era, and the grey one is the only New Era hat that I have that has the color of the logo correct.

I’d honestly argue that the shirt is too dark and too blue.

IIRC our official color is “electric blue” not “teal blue.”

Majestic always seems to use more of the Process Blue version as opposed to the Nike/New Era teal blue.
