All it takes is one good draft/offseason and you go from nobody to somebody fast. look at the seahawks 2012 draft, that was the draft that made them win next year. the problem with the panthers is they hang onto too many shitty people like marty hurney and they spin their tires. bucs brass is all brand new, came on within the past 2 years.
