A wire caught some mulch on fire which eventually sneaked into a wall burning insulation. Our neighbors daughter saw the flames and our neighbor rushed over with an extinguisher and a shovel until the fire department arrived. I am now drinking heavily.

I know how you feel!  6 years ago my neighbors son shot a flare gun at 6am on Sunday that landed on my pine middle and lit up my house.  My neighbor saw the flames and woke me up.  I had 4 fire extinguishers and was able to slow it down enough until fire department got to my house and put it out.

You know how/why the song "Smoke on the Water" (Deep Purple) was written right?

We all came out to Montreux
On the Lake Geneva shoreline
To make records with a mobile
We didn't have much time
Frank Zappa and the Mothers
Were at the best place around
But some stupid with a flare gun
Burned the place to the ground

Smoke on the water
A fire in the sky
Smoke on the water

They burned down the gambling house
It died with an awful sound
Uh, Funky Claude was running in and out
Pulling kids on the ground
When it all was over
We had to find another place
But Swiss time was running out
It seemed that we would lose the race

Thanks man. We are good.

Looks like a  frayed wire lit some mulch on fire right next to the house where a crawl space is. The fire spread into the wall and started burning insulation and some structural beams.

Luckily the neighbors daughter spotted it quickly and the neighbor ran over with an extinguisher. The fire department showed up very quickly. six fire vehicles and two policemen showed up.

Anyway once the wife took a xanax everyone is calm now.

    • Ravens mixing it up with a random Mark Andrew tush push last year isn't a similar situation.  Lamar has run QB sneaks his entire career.  And often instead of a traditional sneak will even employ a 4th and 1 direct snap to Lamar simply because of how athletic he is (which even Cam did a lot of) and let him pick his own holes.
    • height being an issue doesn't just mean batted balls.  You could argue Bryce minimizes batted balls by adopting other poor habits such as his jump passing and leaving the pocket.   As I said, there are plays you can point to where he clearly was blind to parts of the field/players....which kills plays and opportunity. Which actually means some of the shorter/hot throws when things break down are where his vision gets blocked (and he had below average production all around the line of scrimmage).   has he figured it out? I mean, he improved off a trainwreck start.  But Bryce Young since arriving in the league (even while figuring it out)......doesn't generate much offensive production vs his peers.  I just think his ceiling is low.   And that's not in the grand scheme what you want in the NFL.  I think he can develop into a serviceable QB, that will largely always been a middle of the pack or low end starter.
    • People make a lot of noise about his footwork and I think it is overblown. Whether he takes 3 steps backwards or 5 small steps doesn't matter as long as he ends up at the right depth and is in sync with  the receiver regarding timing. If he does that consistently who cares as long as he has a firm stable base as he delivers the ball. Which he does need to work on. However even that is somewhat overblown given that often QBs have to throw off balance or from different arm angles to fit the ball around defenders. He is considered very accurate so apparently it isn't hurting him that much.
