A of QB's still not sure where they'll play next season. Plus a strong draft class. No need to get too anxious over 1 guy.

Being from Michigan I've asked my friends about this, they fully expect to get multiple first round picks for Stafford.

A friend of mine said he'd take (and was dead serious about this).... Chinn, 2021 First and Third round picks.

I think some of these teams are also waiting to see if Stafford becomes a free agent. The Lions can cut him and designate him as a post June 1st cut and end up with a smaller dead cap hit than if they trade him now.

I do believe someone will acquire Stafford by trade.

I just don't necessarily think it'll be us.

Surprise! No one wants a 33 year old Qb. Tom Brady and Drew Brees are the anomalies in Qb career spans. A team for Stafford would most likely be in a win now mentality. Teams like Pitt, 49ers, Rams, Patriots.

The list:  Denver won a super bowl with an over the hill, old QB.   Indy just made the playoffs with Rivers (38), so 33 is a baby.  New England:  Patriots' coach just spent a year eating humble pie and realizing how he became a great coach.  He will be a player because another losing season means he renounces his immortality.  The Bills, Dolphins, and soon the Jets will be better teams.

Indy or Denver, imo.

Worth remembering the Lions are under a bit of a deadline.

If they don't get him shipped by March 21st, they owe him another 10 million on this year's cap.

That's an awful lot to pay a guy who isn't playing for you.

The Patriots are not in a win now mode with that roster. They have 0 weapons on offense.  Change them out with the colts.
