It's the Brady factor. Same thing happened in NE. Guys would play for less because they knew they had a legitimate shot at a ring.

Well once again it's working. Next year they have some serious decisions because Godwin, David, and Berrett are going to cash in. So is Fournette.

Tampa is making a case for signing a bunch of semi-cheap, older stars to go for championship run.

Nah, they had a very good D and OL after drafting bottom every year for a decade.  They have a ton of free agents after this year.

Exactly they just decided this year was their SB run and went for it. The next two years they better have a creative GM.

    • They reached for Pickett, so they are not immune to it.  I could see that as well.  I just think the Colts are flying under the radar and they have been too quiet concerning their QB situation--of course, they could think Jones is their guy (they had a good one named Jones a long time ago) but I think they are done with the Richardson experiment.   Even if I believed in Jones, I would still draft a QB--I also read one mock that said the Jets would take Sanders if he falls to 7---I disagree, but I was once wrong and it still bothers me.
    • I just switched to prime video with fanduel south. Will I be able to watch the Canes playoff games still?
    • I mean, you can use that "logic," but the problem is that most practice squad players, backups or average guys don't put the play on film that Wharton did when given their opportunities.  Perhaps you'll end up right, but I don't think that just because a guy has been in a rotation makes him inherently less productive because he gets more snaps. I will say that the KC fans I've seen on social media loved him, and considered him their second best DT,  regardless of his "rotational" status, and generally considered him a dawg, so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt until he shows otherwise.
