It is gonna be a few years. Glad for the desire but realistically I don’t see us in the playoffs until 2023. Maybe we will be in contention longer then we were last season. But who knows. 
We need a QB and a number of other pieces. 
I expect our ceiling to be 8-8 to a floor as the same record as this year 5-11. Which would mean another top 10 pick. But if we get a QB I will feel better about next season no matter who is starting week one under center. 
As I said I love the enthusiasm from the rookies but you gotta understand this team is probably going to be bad for another season or two. It’s sucks. Unless the rookie, QB we sign plays really well or TB has an epiphany and somehow gains the ability to do more than throw 2 yards.

I don’t think anyone wants to trade them. However, trading 3 first rounds makes sense.

Ya I'm not sold on this yet. Even with a QB. Rhule was still to raw at the end of this last season and was trending badly. He needs a full nother year I think to have a shot at a playoff team.

All the teams playing today have elite QBs. We won't be doing squat in the playoffs until we get one of our own . 

If they don't get a good qb at most well make a wild card and get embarrassed
