Right now, with this core, yes, it's the best in the league.   Tell me, what other team had two 1k receivers?  Point out the team that has a better core especially teams that are in need of a QB.

Miami might not be as well positioned as we think. Houston doesn't regard Tua as a "an adequate replacement for Watson"

Very good chance that the Texans would prefer to draft a QB at 3, in which case Tua is redundant.  They might prefer an extra 1st over Tua but then Miami wouldn't really need Tua either if they get Watson.
