Ultimately, you can solve these problems at the gateway by storing your dns cache there and blocking dns requests for the ad sites there. Google it.

It is a football forum. Get over it. At least, that is what I was told when I said to ppl here it wasnt cool to talk about wanting to bang Tom Brady's wife, or how bang-able Clausens gf was...or how they wanted to get with CMC lady...etc.

Ad seems perfectly fine with the kind of crudeness that is allowed in a FOOTBALL forum. I mean if there can be full on threads about how much people would bang CMC's girlfriend, or how bang-able Tom Brady's wife is...this ad is tame. And really, it takes a perverted mind to be bothered by it. It's just a woman with her mouth open. Totally innocent as women open their mouths for all types of non offensive things hundreds of times per day.
