Twisted Metal: Black was one of the first games I was introduced to. Ever. It was at my friend's house during the advent of the PS2, and I thought Sweettooth was about the coolest thing ever.

It was that game, and MGS:2, and I was just awestruck. I had literally never seen a console game before.

I'm really shocked and disappointed in the dull video game palette around here. Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 are the games to which I draw comparisons of just about every other game to. It's a benchmark game I've yet to see repeated in quality.

bg1 was awesome, it was fun to /console drizzt do'urden in and whoop his ass and loot his stuff. icewind dale was good, too, but kinda short.

i liked neverwinter nights way better than bg2.
