I'm surprised noone has mentioned Perfect Dark for the 64. Loved that game, still play it when I go home.

My List:

- Goldeneye

- Perfect Dark (My Opinion: the BEST game I've ever played)

- GTA San Andreas

- The Sims 3

- The Sims 2 (PS2)

- CoD MW (1&2....don't own them but played them on my roommate's Xbox. Freakin' incredible)

- MGS 3

- Resident Evil 4

In no particular order....

FF7: not even close best game of ALL time.

LOZ:OOT: one of two games that made owning an N64 worthwhile.

Goldeneye: The other one.

MGS 1+4: 1 was amazing and say what you want about the cutscenes but four has an incredible story and left you in awe at the end.

Resident Evil: maybe it's because I was 10 when I played the game but it was absolutely terrifying to me.

Quake: The game that got me into PC gaming.

Zone of the Enders: An amazing mech game from Konami and Kojima.

Final Fantasy Tactics: An awesome story and perhaps one of the best tactics style games.

Starcraft: Best RTS game to this day.

Diablo series: Spent so many hours leveling up countless numbers of characters on BNET.

Gran Turismo 2: At the time it was stunning graphically had so much customization and over 800 cars.

Grand Theft Auto 3 (PC): GTA is great on its own but when you have countless number of mods from vehicles to weapons to new missions for free created by users its just pure gold.

Unreal and Unreal Tournament series: Just an insane series at first its like a typical shooter then you realize hows frantic and fast the action is, not to mention the story mode was entertaining.

MLB The Show: The KING of sports games, I feel like the 600 I spent on my PS3 was justified for this game ALONE!

There's a short list I'm sure I could expand on it as I've played a ton of games but I'm busy watching the games on today!

Diablo series: Spent so many hours leveling up countless numbers of characters on BNET.

My problem with Diablo (and Dungeon Seige, and all the other dungeon adventure games for that matter) is that there was a limited number of enemies. So really, you could only level up so much in the single player campaign. And the teleportation was really just a convenience, because climbing up 9 stories could be a time consuming pain in the butt, not because there was a threat; the enemies on the preceding levels were just corpses at that point. Great games and very addictive, but could have been in discussion for best ever if the enemies regenerated to add a level of difficulty, and allow you to decide how much you wanted to level up.

Nah man you clearly never played D2. It's not about clearing it once. It's about clearing it again, and again, and again....

Doing it online with 7 other idiots and spamming your mouse to ninja all the loot before those other faggos get it.

+1 battle.net was the only way to "play" Diablo.
