Do the math on that. 

That's great for high school and college teams without an elite QB... but the stats and analytics show that passing the ball is much more efficient than running the ball. Passing the ball you're more likely to.. gain a first down, get an explosive play (12+ yards), score a touchdown, etc. Pass efficiency also has a higher correlation amongst Superbowl winners.

He doesn't practice with these guys.

It's SO hard for a backup QB to come in off the bench and hit guys in stride.

Yep. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see an OC change in Baltimore this off-season. Hell, I might go as far to say I'll be surprised if we DON'T see an OC change in Baltimore this off-season.
