The podcast was good, but I’m confused by their opinion of Lance.

At one point they said Lance was the best QB in the draft and then they talked about how the team around these QBs in college often over-inflates their ratings.

From what I understand, Lance played in a dominate offense (relative to their competitive). He’s going to struggle when he’s faced with wr’s who don’t consistently get open and an O-line that isn’t manhandling the defense.
