The Bills are literally, a top to bottom testament how poorly JR ran this team, refused to let go which was part stubborn but mainly cares about the bottom dollar he’d never upgrade or replace and have to pay someone out, couldn’t see evolution or adaptation right in front of his face. And the Bills are doing exactly what we could’ve been had JR cared enough to put the team and winning first. Although under JR maybe not.

I don't put that on him. Not a great idea calling designed QB runs when you're playing your backup QB, your starter is active but has a broken thumb in his throwing hand, and your #3 QB isn't even active (which given the previous info is kind of baffling).
