Panthers 2021 Opponents

This is the NFC South's year to play the NFC East and AFC East as part of the existing schedule rotations.

The Panthers will have home games against Philadelphia, Washington, New England, and the New York Jets.

They'll play Dallas, the New York Giants, Buffalo, and Miami on the road.

Somebody was saying maybe Texans? Too. How they figure that?

yeah, it has a line at the bottom saying 17th game vs HOU pending announcement. This is based on the CBA which would add one game and remove two pre-season games. We'll see if it happens.

I believe if we go to 17 games.  Houston will be the 3rd place team from the AFC South so the NFC South will play equivalent place.  (We're 3rd in the NFC South and Houston is 3rd in AFC South.)

As of now looks like a nice schedule

We can't afford Watson.  The salary cap shrinkage has made trades EXTREMELY difficult.  I think even free agency will be difficult this year because the salary cap went down significantly.  Players won't have as many options because many teams just won't be able to negotiate, and many teams will be releasing players they might otherwise have kept.

That schedule means we won't be picking in the top 10 next year.

We have to either draft someone or trade for someone. 

With that schedule even guys like Carr Stafford Jimmy G would get us to probably 11-5 minimum.

Don't get too excited. There are gonna be huge changes to rosters, staffs, and front offices between now and then. We're not playing the 2020 version of these teams.

With Hurney gone, it looks like we took ourselves off the schedule and now just play opponents now...bold move
