I don't know but he has been involved with roster building of three separate franchises that went to the super bowl (and won 2) while he was there.

I am thrilled with the parts I know about his resume. I am just curious if he was there for that and involved?

If he's the real brain trust in SF then sign me up.

He's not "the brain trust", but he does have a seat at the table.

Lynch's model is amazingly analogous to Tepper's Appaloosa Model....collaborative & collective --- in SF Lynch occupies the seat Tepper sits in with the Panthers.

It works.

I don't disagree but could you elaborate? I wouldn't mind either.

Peters has been part of both the Patriots and Denver FOs and is highly regarded as Lynch's right hand man in SF.  If you look at his time with each organization their trajectory has always been up...of course this season was rough in San Fran.  He started off as a scouting assistant in NE and worked his way up.  He has experience in both college and pro scouting and from everything I have read is a fan of statistical and analytical modelling.  Plus he has always worked in a committee type atmosphere which would fit what Rhule and Tepper are looking for.

Dodds, I believe, has less experience than Peters, but he has been Ballard's right hand man in Indy and gets a lot of credit for going out and scouting at both the college and pro level and bringing hard working guys to the Colts who tend to over perform.  Good relationships with management and players alike, another supporter of analytics and collaborative as well.
