How do we feel about Matt Rhule after one season?

Yeah, he may be a good Xs and Os coach, which is good. But, his roster management looks real suspect.

Encouraged. Some clock management and definitely needs to use TOs better but the whole coaching staff worked wonders and we got the most out of mediocre players.

No real opinion one way or the other.  Just like any other coach, he is going to have to prove something on the field.

Wining 5 games this year when most thought we would win 2 is a big step. Rhules first year and we didn’t finish last in the South is a win in my book.

I'm excited for the future. I think as long as we have good talent evaluators to keep the build going by hitting on key players in the draft/FA the "Rhule 3 year turn around" will be realized here. We are a playoff team if we can close out some games and I trust Rhule to work on getting the team in a better position. He definitely passed the test this year.

Give him a B. We really lacked talent outside of skill positions headed into the season. The players play hard and seemed prepared for the most part. Keep adding talent and get a upgrade at QB and I think we'll go places

I think he has a lot to prove year two. He will have his pick at GM and will have his first draft without hurney controlling the entire process. Hopefully it will be a great one.
