Thank Dan Snyder's dumb ass because he forced the Haskins pick. Otherwise it probably would have been Burns because they ended up taking Sweat at 23.

Awful, especially considering we had two 3rds. We could have had Erik McCoy, Bobby Evans/another G and Maxx Crosby and instead got Little and Grier. We had all 3 of those guys in for private visits and we still went Little and Grier. We could have our OL in great shape just needing a LT and instead we have Little and Grier. Pick 47, 77 and 100 and we have Little and Grier. Little and Grier, it’s like a bad buddy cop movie.

I remember when he was drafted. Talking heads all picked Maxx Crosby and looked like a deer in headlights when we picked Grier, literally speechless...lol. Just like Armanti Edwards, Hurney has a hard on for any local kid and it blows his mind.

It’s ok though, I’ve been told by Igo that a 3rd isn’t an high pick or investment anyways so it was a roll of the dice.

if pick 100 is a high pick, at what point are picks not “high,” pick 250?

I would say the top half of any given number would statistically qualify as “high”. Guess you could argue 100 out of 225 is middleground.

Still the point still remains a third rounder shouldn’t be thrown away to some local kid Hurney and apparently a few posters have a hard on for just because.

Should have taken Crosby like literally almost every somewhat knowledgeable person would and did predict at that point.

But then again he’s from the Carolinas so there is no disputing that.
