While Ryan hasn't had a great year, he isn't the problem with the Falcons this year.  Well, his cap hit might be, but his play has been ok.  Atlanta's defense is a far bigger issue.  They may want to pick a qb for the long term though.

The Dolphins are playing a Super Bowl team. They have 10 wins this year after tanking last season, and with those 10 wins they're still going to be picking third overall, and have tons of assets and cap space to continue rebuilding.

Yeah that's my fear. I agree with you though. It's not Ryan's fault at all. Even with that albatross contract though doesn't mean they won't grab the future. You only get top 4 so many times.

What does that have to do with what he said? He's just mentioning how Herbert has been way better than Tua when that wasn't expected by the majority...never sure things in the draft.

We were hoping either Tua or Herbert dropped. Both were gone before we selected. Herbert went right before we picked. He would have been amazing to have.
