That's because college football largely sucks! Moreover, you can't watch all the games, so you have to pick and choose! Anyone that says they've watched every snap of every player, especially the QB, is lying through their teeth.

I don't know about people trying to outguess the hundreds of scouts, but I take what scouts have said and look at some games/video and make up my own mind! I then listen to what the experts/coaches say regarding their impressions of the workouts and place the person in a mental hierarchy from there, fully cognizant of my own limitations when juxtaposed against the professionals.

I’ve seen every snap of Kyle Trask, Justin Fields, Trevor Lawrence and Trey Lance in 2021.

They're disappointing every year! 

I still look for Smart to get the program together though. He's going to have to stop committing to JAG QBs for a start.

He had Fields but couldn’t move on from Fromm. He has Brock Vandagriff coming next year.

It has nothing to do with lack of effort.  Cincinnati is 9-0 and ranked for a reason.  They are a good team.  Regardless of whether they win this game.  This has been a hard fought game and Cincinnati has shown they below.

This is exactly why they need to expand the playoffs.  There are some of these lower level schools that put a good season together and can give these Power 5 schools a run for their money.

Look two of my favorite College teams ND and OSU are in the playoffs but I truly believe they need to expand it. It's sad that the only national Champs come from the Power 5 schools.
