Agreed, but he has the skills to be great (mentally and physically) and made a huge difference in the UGA offense when he was the starter. He will probably still be late 1st/early 2nd depending on his workouts. So that means he will possibly go to a better team and not risk getting another injury. They keep talking about how cerebral he is, which means he will probably interview well. He transferred from USC, so he probably doesn’t have feel a need to “finish what he started.”  Just some food for thought...

If he has a good season next year at Georgia he's in discussion for #1 overall.

The dudes pocket presence is good

Who was comparing him to Bridgewater?

The reason why he caught my eye was because he's athletic with a live arm. As the NFL Draft is about projection he puts his foot in the door just with those traits.

For me he walks through the door by his production. I like him a lot.

I’m just talking about in general. He’s been great at feeling the pressure from a much faster UGA team.

The injury will factor into his decision, but you are right--in next year's qb market, he is top 10 draft pick at least.

However, you have to wonder--do you stand a better chance for a longer NFL career if you go to a team that is not desperate for a miracle so they expect a 21-year old messiah to save the franchise, or do you go ahead and come out, get drafted by (likely) a better team and sit and watch for a year or two?

His ability to move around and his threat of a runner makes him very dangerous.  To be able to keep his eyes down the field while moving around will attract many teams to draft him.

Would be idea to be behind Teddy next year.
