He is eligible this year and was noncommittal when asked if he was entering the draft or not. I wouldn’t be surprised if he enters the draft since he already injured his ACL once at USC.

I can't necessarily disagree, but he's not getting any help at all from his receivers or the coaches. And, there's an obvious talent gap between the programs!
