He made $23m this year.

That is nearly $1.5m per game.

He was supposed to be our new QB, and now he wants to "step up" to assure we never get one.

I don't think he's been as bad as a lot of people make him out to be.

You'd love more TDs, and the offence to finish more drives, but 3,557 yards, 15 TDs to 9 INTs and a 94.5 QBR (all without his best offensive weapon for the year) isn't too shabby. It's certainly a fine baseline to build from.

If he, or we find a guy that, improves on that we've got very good QB play in Charlotte.

My guess is no one inside the Panthers decision making circle frequents this website to get hidden insight and secrets to unleash the team to new heights. What a shame...

Are you serious? Well, I guess that there is no point in anyone posting any more content.

Sign out of your accounts folks, apparently  the Panthers staff is not reading our content and opinions!

I mean I would imagine it would be better to just be ahead on the scoreboard so you don't need a game winning drive but maybe that's just me

I'm surprised no one else is saying this.  Why isn't he saying 'I want to blow them out'
A GW drive is cool to aim for when you're a kid in your back yard. I wouldn't want to go into a game hoping for that scenario as a professional.

I do understand his point however.
