This is not the same QB they drafted.  Hats off to McDermott and his staff.

I actually thought he was plenty accurate in college, he just was throwing to bad receivers. I liked him the most from that class, but we didn’t need a QB then...what I wouldn’t give for a time machine heh

Quarterbacks who run a lot tend to have a shorter shelf life in the NFL, so yeah there was always a chance.

I remember arguing with people on this message board about Cams durability taking so many hits compared to Russell wilson who avoided contact but still ran. The argument was always the same that Cam was a physical specimen and could take that kind of beating. Russell is still playing well and Cam is now a shell of his former self. It's one of those times I really hate being right.

Every time Stiddy gets in a game I think now is where he will show he can take Cams job and he shows me almost every time he’s actually worse. The Patriots QB situation is bad but their offensive playmaker situation is even worse. That’s a team that lacks top end talent on offense.

Cam's shoulder got hurt initially chasing down a DB after KB quit on a route and didn't even bother to try to tackle the guy himself. Then it got finished off by a TJ Watts hit in the pocket.

Stidham gets in the game and you immediately see why they're still trotting Newton out there.

Miss me with that, you hid your face until the bills were up 31-9, this trending downward pats team also manage to get wins against the ravens, raiders, cards and Miami while losing nail bitters to sea and buf. So spare me with the holier than thous routine you causal trot out every other day of the week

Actually, I spent somewhere around 30 to 45 minutes on the phone with Lady Cowboy Fan, but still casually watching the game, through the late first and most of the second quarter into halftime. This may disappoint you, but my evening does not revolve around talking to you on a message board.

Doesn't really matter though. Even when the score was closer, the game really wasn't. The Bills have been making it look easy from pretty much the first minute they touched the ball. The Patriots made an effort of it for a little while but they couldn't keep it up.

And again, I said before the game that your prediction was dumb, and it was.

To be fair, and it's been discussed before, Benjamin touched the guy down and rightly expected the whistle to be blown. Hard to blame him for that.

Mind you, there are plenty of other examples of him being lazy that are perfectly valid.

very difficult to evaluate a qb playing in such a terrible situation relative to qbs on other teams but you can definitely look at these two operating within the same offense and tell who is clearly better. impossible situation for a guy like stidham when it’s already such a difficult situation for a competent starter. and this has been in garbage time. maybe if the bills let their scrubs get some burn he can move the ball a little but yikes so far
