(significant coaching improvement is actually much more important than draft picks.

Yep. A better coaches makes later picks into better players. See Steelers with Big Ben, Packers with Rodgers, Chiefs with Mahomes. All taken later than Rivers, Smith, and Mitch with rings to show for it.

Rhule has done a great job.  He's improved in time management and our defense has been very good. Many positives in our loses.   I find probably the best ones to be that Rodgers had only been sacked 14 times in 13 games and we got to him 5 times.   He also has his lowest yards per reception in his career at 4.5 ypc.   This shows our D-Line is improving and our defensive backfield is improving.

I know so many peopled are bummed that we won but as I've said many times before.  The players don't give a poo about drafting a player that might replace them.  They are going to ball out ever time they are on the field.   The will always try to win.

Disappointed we dropped in the draft position but I am happy that we played a good game.

I would also believe based on Tepper's comments about QB's and the playoffs that Rhule and Co. are going to address an additional QB.  I don't think we go into next season with the same QB room.

Greer (a Hurney pick) is probably gone so we will draft a QB to add to the team .  It is undecided if we will also pick up a QB that is cut from another team or a free agent . We may have 4 going into camp .  I know Tepper is not sold on Teddy , but due to his contract from Hurney he won't be cut .  We may trade him or have him as a backup QB .  If nothing else happens he will start next year and our draft pick can sit and learn .
