We are still able to get one of the top 4 QB’s but today definitely hurt.

Here's the only way I can see us getting Lance (barring no trade ups from other QB needy teams)

1 JAX - Lawrence

2 NYG -Wilson

3 ATL -Fields

4 MIA- Sewell

5 CIN- Slater

6 PHI- Chase

7 DET- Parsons

8 NYG- Rousseau

9 CAR- Lance

We fuged up so bad yesterday.  Its going to cost us our 1rst, 2nd and next years first to move up into the top 5.  Godalmighty wtf where they thinking yesterday?

Apparently they do not care where they draft.  Just win baby.

And honestly I am starting to come around to it seeing as how Rhule has these misfits playing.  Let's hope they can draft well since he doesn't have the Hurney magic anymore.

So sit back and let it play out.  They will find a QB somewhere that doesn't get the GM that picked him fired.

There will be plenty of time to bitch about it if all goes in the crapper next year.  My theory is they will get to 8-8 or 9-7 next year if they can get a few more starters out of this upcoming draft.  There's still that pesky depth thing that eluded Hurndog so badly.  But there's hope that maybe, just maybe that could change going forward even without a GM in place.

It's a fun time to be a Panthers fan folks.  Enjoy the ride and don't sweat the small things.

I hear you but I ordered my Wilson jersey after the bungles won.

I feel you my friend.  I'm concerned about the QB position myself but we must trust the "process".

Maybe Rhule or someone on the staff can turn Grier into something to justify his drafting (can't believe I said that) or turn PJ into the next Can Newton.  One can dream.

So I am just going to sit back a watch it all play out myself and save my rage for a later date.

I smell a trade down brewing.

It depends on what is available at 9. I suspect we see 2 QB's off the board in the top 2, however there is no guarantee that teams like Detroit or Atlanta opt to go QB. If they do, all the higher tier QB prospects will likely be off the board and so will some of the elite tier non-QB's. It might make a lot of sense to trade back down into the teens or later if we can snag another 2nd or 3rd round pick.

It will depend on what is available when we pick.

If you should see one thing that is obvious with Rhule is that he generally puts the best players on the field to help him win. If Teddy is out there and PJ started when he was injured, Will Grier is gone after his rookie contract is up.

Just another in a long line of obvious Hurney blunders. If we don't get a QB this offseason, it is likely we will be picking in the top 10 again in 2021 so I guess we will get another chance to find a franchise QB.

Rhule wanted to trade down last year but Marty nixed it.  I'm guessing he wanted more picks then and he still does but old Marty had to trade them all away.  I'm sure that and the pimping of Teddy is what finally did old Marty in, thank the football Gods.
